Anita is the Director of Leo Aesthetics and the primary registered nurse responsible for administrating all treatments. She began her nursing career in 1977 and was formally trained in anaesthetics in 1999. This led to specialised positions in both the UK and UCSF in San Francisco.
Anita has experience in muscle relaxants, fillers, Sculptra, and collagen stimulators. Her passion is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) – a natural approach to skin rejuvenation, skin needling, and high quality active skin care.
With a gentle touch and an artistic eye, Anita uses her talent and experience to provide a personalised services in a comfortable environment.
Dr May Marr is a graduate of Flinders University Medical School and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She has a lifelong interest in aesthetic medical procedures and evidence based skin care. She believes passionately that people should have access to aesthetic medical procedures and products that are based on the best available evidence, provided by highly trained professionals.
Dr Marr studied with Dr Jacque Le Coz, one of the pioneers of Mesotherapy at the Institute of Mesotherapy in Paris. She opened her Private Clinic in Lennox Head in 2009 and provides her medical services to Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, and surrounding areas.
Dr Marr provides the best practice, advice, and treatment in injectable rejuvenation, using botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. She also provides treatments for localised fat and cellulite reduction, skin tightening, and mesotherapy rejuvenation techniques. She has created an aesthetic medicine practice where clients have confidence and are guaranteed the highest standard of pre and post procedural care.
The ethical, educational, and procedural standards that Dr Marr brings to aesthetic medicine have been recognised by Galderma/Q Med. She is an advanced clinical trainer in the use of Dysport® and Restylane® and has been awarded Advanced Injector status by Allergan, the makers of Botox®.
